3. Pricing & Payment

3.2. Payment is accepted via Online through Razorpay Gateway provided at the time of checkout.

3.3. Orders shall be processed only upon successful receipt of full payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Orders will be dispatched within the timelines specified under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4.2. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to courier services, incorrect delivery details provided by the Customer, or events beyond reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1. The Company maintains a strict No Return/No Exchange policy except in cases of physical damage at the time of delivery.

5.2. Customers must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video as mandatory proof of damage to initiate any claim.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse or unsupervised use of toys.

6.2. The Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tamilnadu, India.
