Return & Refund Policy

1.2. Refunds or replacements shall be granted only in the event of physical damage sustained during delivery.

2. Mandatory Conditions for Claim

2.1. Customers must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video as proof of damage.
2.2. Claims without such video evidence shall be deemed invalid and rejected.
2.3. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to the contact details provided on the Website.

3. Processing of Refunds/Replacements

3.1. Upon validation of the claim, the Company will initiate a replacement or refund within seven business days.
3.2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Orders placed by mistake or change of mind.

Minor variations in product color, size, or packaging.

Damages resulting from mishandling, misuse, or negligence post-delivery.


5. Cancellations

5.1. Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the Customer.
5.2. In case of product unavailability or operational inability, the Company reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
